i-Tegur: Mobile Aduan App
i-Tegur, formerly known as iKepoh, is a new innovation developed by the Government of Malaysia to facilitate public complaints to Local Authorities (PBT) via mobile devices. The app aims to establish a friendly relationship between PBT and the public by providing a user-friendly complaint channel for better service delivery. Its main objectives include enhancing communication between PBT and citizens and improving the effectiveness of complaint monitoring and management for both PBT and the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) through a single accessible system.
The key features of the i-Tegur mobile app include the ability to submit complaints with images and location details on the go, providing more responsive feedback to complainants, and efficiently monitoring complaint statistics by PBT or Joint Action Committees (JKT) through a provided dashboard.
